Return Conditions

• You have 14 days after receiving your order to report a problem to us.
• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Products damaged upon receipt must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us by email with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within 48 hours with return instructions.
3. Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Exceptions

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error.
